The Process
How It Works
Getting started is simple. We handle the matching — you focus on showing up.

Apply
Parents or schools submit a simple enrollment form. We learn about your child's or school's interests, goals, and what kind of support they need.

Get Matched
Our team carefully pairs each youth with a mentor who shares their interests and can meet them where they are — in school or in the community.

Grow Together
Mentor and mentee meet regularly for sessions that build skills, confidence, and a relationship that lasts well beyond the program.
